You are welcome to speak to us before joining to assess your board director potential. You are eligible to join Director Institute if you meet any of the following criteria;
- Degree and post-graduate qualifications including PhD, MBA, CPA, CA, LLB, BCom, BA, BEng, BEd
- Membership at any other national or internationally recognised Director or Governance Institute
- Managing Director of a private business with turnover greater than $1million
- Business Mentors or Coaches with certification or formal qualifications
- Business Advisors, Private Equity or Venture Capital Partners with expertise in Capital Raising, IPO’s, M&A expertise
- 3+ Years Experience Operating at CEO level or equivalent
- Business Mentors or Coaches with certification or formal qualifications
